Menu two

Home-made bread sticks with butter

Mediterranean side of salmon, topped with tahini and yoghurt, and a delicious tomato, capsicum, coriander and walnut salsa

Fillet of beef served on roast beetroot with rocket, horseradish and pesto

Chargrilled chicken breast with quinoa greek salad

Potato salad with home-made lemon mayonnaise

Salad of mixed leaves with avocado and cherry tomatoes

Asparagus, broccoli and peas, with orange, toasted seeds, nuts and orange vinaigrette

Fruit salad

Chocolate, date and almond torte with raspberry coulis and whipped cream

If you prefer you can call by and pick up a main course or dessert to take some of the pressure off when you are entertaining.
